- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 working days after dispatch
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Whether you’re in Canada, Australia or elsewhere, we can deliver your garden tools and furniture. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to local customs fees – we recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering.
How will I know when my order is coming?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email. For garden tools shipped via DHL/FedEx, you can often schedule delivery windows for your convenience.
What should I do when receiving large items like sheds or furniture?
Our carriers deliver to your kerbside, so please ensure you have help available for unloading and moving items like garden benches or storage sheds to their final position. We recommend checking all items upon delivery before the carrier leaves.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your garden purchases. If any items don’t meet your expectations:

- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving returned items
