Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Whether it’s garden furniture that doesn’t quite fit your space or children’s garden tools that weren’t what you expected, we’re here to help.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on compost bins & waste bags that have been used. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition, just as you’d expect when selecting garden arches or hand tools from our collection.
Simple Returns Process
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack Securely – Please repackage the item carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – just as we carefully track our deliveries of garden benches and parasols.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different garden chair or need a larger size of garden furniture cover? We’re happy to exchange items within 15 days of receipt. Simply follow the return process above and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
