Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Our Returns Promise
We stand behind our garden products just as firmly as our garden sheds stand against the elements. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items.
Simple Returns Process
- Contact Us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Receive Instructions – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization
- Pack Securely – Repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Back – Send to: Shed And Soil Returns, 94 Vale St, St. Asaph, GB CH1P 7FX
- Receive Refund/Exchange – Processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically appears within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size garden furniture cover or prefer another garden chair style? We’re happy to exchange items within 15 days of receipt. Simply follow the return process and indicate you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your garden arches, tools, or other items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used compost bins & waste bags (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized garden items
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care
